Raleigh, North Carolina-based real estate developer Highwoods Properties<\/a> is planning a new 107,000-square-foot office building at the SouthSide Works site in Pittsburgh’s South Side Neighborhood (above, image via Highwoods Properties)<\/em> . The proposed building site on the Monogahela River, between the riverfront campus of American Eagle Outfitters and Hyatt House Hotel [Map]<\/a>, is just upriver from South Shore Riverfront Park and another parcel being marketed for a larger office development by Highwoods.<\/p>\n
