August 13, 2024 (Pittsburgh, PA)\u2013<\/b> Riverlife\u2019s Party at the Pier: Galactic, presented by Peoples, invites guests to celebrate the future of Pittsburgh\u2019s riverfronts on August 23, 2024, on the Rooftop Terrace at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. This year marks two exciting and important milestones for Riverlife \u2013 celebrating 25 years of Riverlife and 15 years of Party at the Pier. The main event will open at 7:30 p.m., with a VIP Reception, presented by PNC, taking place from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.\u00a0 General admission to the event has sold out. Less than 120 VIP tickets remain for the space-age celebration. All guests receive an exclusive opportunity to invest in the future of Pittsburgh\u2019s riverfronts and enjoy an unforgettable evening on Pittsburgh\u2019s rivers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Known widely as Pittsburgh\u2019s \u201cfashion event of the year,\u201d guests dressing to impress take creative cocktail attire to new heights. Expect to see striking silvers in honor of Riverlife\u2019s 25th year, shining crystal inspired by 15 years of Party at the Pier, and glowing hues and daring moments reflective of Riverlife\u2019s bold visions for the future of Pittsburgh\u2019s riverfronts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., The VIP Reception, presented by PNC Bank, will have guests stepping into an exclusive gathering where every detail, from gourmet galactic bites to cosmic cocktails, is designed to artfully transport them to another dimension. The cocktail hour will feature exclusive entertainment and a universe of decadent food and drink.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The doors will open at 7:30 p.m. to the main event. The Rooftop Terrace will transform into a galactic playground complete with cosmic cocktails, technological treats, and an out-of-this-world line up of entertainment with special surprises throughout the night. <\/span>DC Synergy<\/b> will ignite the night on the LED Infinity Dance Floor, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere can experience the <\/span>First National Bank Sky Lounge<\/b>, which features unique vantage points and rooftop views, set to music by <\/span>DJ Hypnotyza x Jason Kendall<\/b>. Food and beverage highlights by Levy include specialty themed cocktails, local brews, and abundant fresh bites.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Official Party at the Pier After-Party <\/b>will be hosted at <\/span>Ritual House<\/b> from 10:30 pm- Midnight. The downtown hotspot will be offering passed hors\u2019 d oeuvres and creative cocktail and mocktail selections, including specialty themed cocktails made just for Galactic event goers. Ritual House will also be offering valet service, with extended hours closing at midnight. A portion of the after-party\u2019s proceeds will also benefit Riverlife.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
