Riverlife is a designated Waterfront Development Organization, which means\u00a0your business can\u00a0get a 75% tax benefit<\/strong> this year by contributing to our\u00a0Allegheny Landing revitalization project through the\u00a0Pennsylvania Waterfront Development Tax Credit Program<\/a>.\u00a0 Applications open October 15th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Allegheny Landing Park was dedicated in 1984 as one of Pittsburgh\u2019s first modern riverfront parks. Located in the heart of the North Shore this city-owned park has since become a well-used and beloved node of Pittsburgh\u2019s riverfront trail system, but requires major upgrades and repairs. Riverlife is leading the effort to revitalize Allegheny Landing, <\/strong>but a project of this size requires partnerships from our community.<\/p>\n

  1. Apply- <\/strong>Applications are open October 15 through November 1, but applications are reviews on a first come first served basis so get your application in ASAP!<\/li>\n
  2. Donate & Verify-\u00a0<\/strong>Once you\u2019ve received notification of approval from DCED, your company can make its contribution directly to Riverlife.<\/li>\n
  3. Earn Tax Credit!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
