The program is a coordinated effort to commission artists and other creative workers to fabricate and install public art, and create civic engagement programs throughout the Downtown neighborhood and river-adjacent spaces in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

This summer PCC is hosting a series of free classes and workshops to connect residents with local dance studios, yoga studios, writers, and artists. See a full list of events below and learn more about PCC on the Office of Public Art’s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

YOGAMOTIF at Allegheny Overlook Park<\/a><\/div>\n<\/header>\n

Alecia Dawn, founder of YOGAMOTIF will lead a free 60-minute mix of gentle and toning yoga, outside at the Allegheny Overlook Park. This class is acceptable for all levels, including pregnant and postnatal bodies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Downtown Walk and Write with Sherrie Flick<\/a><\/div>\n<\/header>\n

Writer Sherrie Flick will lead this guided hour-and-a-half walking and writing tour that uses the urban environment for creative inspiration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
