Due to the weather forecast calling for sustained thunderstorms and possible hail throughout Thursday and Friday,\u00a0Party at the Pier has been moved inside Rivers Casino\u00a0for the comfort and safety of our guests and event team.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please read on for more information about our fundraiser this Friday, August 17.<\/p>\n

ALL TICKETHOLDERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rivers–and rain–are a part of Western Pennsylvania’s DNA! Due to the weather forecast calling for sustained thunderstorms and possible hail throughout most of Friday, August 17, the event has been moved inside Rivers Casino to the second floor ballrooms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you’ve arrived at Rivers Casino, cross through the first floor toward the riverfront Drum Bar. Take the escalators next to the Drum Bar up to the second floor where you’ll see the Party at the Pier entrance.<\/p>\n

Please remember, no smoking is allowed on the second floor of Rivers Casino\u00a0and at Party at the Pier;\u00a0smoking is permitted on the first floor gaming area.<\/p>\n

Doors open for the\u00a0Il Primo\u00a0<\/em>VIP\u00a0Reception at 6:30 pm; doors open for\u00a0La Festa\u00a0<\/em>Main Event\u00a0(all ticketholders) at 7:30 pm.\u00a0Festeggiamo!\u00a0<\/em>Let the fun begin!<\/p>\n

\nEvery guest must have a\u00a0ticket\u00a0to be admitted to the party<\/strong>. You should have received an email from ShowClix when you purchased your\u00a0tickets which contains\u00a0a link to download and print your\u00a0tickets. You can also check in at registration by having your ticket’s bar code\u00a0on the screen of your phone to be scanned for entry.<\/p>\n

Please take a moment to look at the top of your ticket, just below the ticket holder’s name. If it says “Il Primo\u00a0<\/em>VIP,” your ticket allows you to enter the VIP reception at\u00a06:30 pm.<\/strong>\u00a0If it says “Riverlife Supporter\/General Admission” or “Nonprofit, public sector and students”, your ticket allows you to enter the Main Event at\u00a07:30 pm.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Remember, the event entrance has been moved to the second floor ballrooms inside the Rivers Casino building!\u00a0<\/strong>All guests entering Rivers Casino and Party at the Pier must be 21 or older. \nValet drop-off\u00a0(included in\u00a0VIP and general admission tickets; please show ticket to attendant)<\/strong>\u00a0is located under the portico at the Rivers Casino front entrance along Casino Drive.\u00a0Self-parking may be available in the Rivers Casino garage.\u00a0 Cross through the first floor of Rivers Casino toward the Drum Bar, then take the escalators up to the second floor for the event entrance.<\/p>\n

\nComing from Downtown, take the T (RED Line-North Shore\/Allegheny Station) from any of the downtown T stations. Get off at the Allegheny Station; walk one block south on Allegheny Ave and turn right on Casino Drive to access the front entrance\u00a0of Rivers Casino.<\/p>\n

-BY BIKE-<\/em>
\nThe Rivers Casino property is located right on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail\/North Shore Riverfront Trail. Trail and riverwalk access on the Rivers Casino property will remain open throughout the event. Limited bicycle rack space may be available near the front of the casino building along Casino Drive.<\/p>\n
