Riverfront development news: Esplanade project in Chateau adds a lagoon
Millcraft Investments has announced new details of its proposed Esplanade mixed-use development along the Ohio River in Pittsburgh’s Chateau neighborhood. The updated plans call for a 12-foot-deep lagoon–the first of its kind in Pittsburgh–and sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
