Whether you were born in Pittsburgh, grew up here, moved here or moved away, the city’s three rivers leave a lasting impression on you.

A few years ago Riverlife set out to record audio interviews with Pittsburghers who have a special relationship with our region’s rivers. We wanted to hear your memories, concerns, hopes for the future and your frank recollections of how our rivers have changed over the years. We loved what we told us.

We had the pleasure of working with the supremely talented animator Scott Benson to bring your stories to life. Let’s take a look back at your stories combined with Scott’s visual storytelling. We hope you’ll agree that Pittsburgh’s riverfronts look mighty fine in cartoon form![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” top_padding=”3%” overlay_strength=”0.3″][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ width=”1/2″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default”][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvO-y6lC9FI&t=5s” el_width=”40″][vc_column_text]
